About Me
Hi, I’m Heather Juneau
I’m a product design leader with 12+ years of experience helping teams build software that feels intuitive, solves real problems, and actually gets used. I believe great design blends insight, craft, and collaboration. Over the years, I’ve led high-impact initiatives across B2B and B2C SaaS, scaled design practices, and mentored designers while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.
I lead with clarity, empathy, and trust, creating space for teams to solve problems their own way while staying close to the craft, whether it’s running sprints, shaping systems, or refining the details. I’m passionate about building clear, user-centered digital experiences and the collaborative, thoughtful teams that bring them to life.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking, sailing, listening to audiobooks, or spending time with family and friends.
Heather possesses outstanding communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills — an all-around amazing contributor leading the EOS Worldwide product design team.
She has elevated our design organization by mentoring a high-performing team, shaping our product strategy through data-driven, user-centered insights, and championing scalable design systems aligned with business goals. Her impact is felt across EOS One, where her work led to improvements in onboarding, user engagement, and NPS.
Heather fosters alignment across product, engineering, and leadership, facilitates powerful design critiques, and drives meaningful UX improvements through interviews and usability testing.
She lives our Core Values — humbly confident, help first, grow or die, do the right thing, and do what you say — and exemplifies the culture we strive to build. It’s been a privilege to work alongside Heather, and I recommend her with full confidence!

Designing EOS One From the Ground Up
0-1 SOFTWARE: I led the end-to-end design of EOS One, a B2B SaaS platform that helps companies implement EOS® more effectively. We built the product from scratch in 18 months, focusing on clarity, usability, and long-term engagement.
AI DESIGN SPRINT: As the lead product designer on this project, I helped design an AI feature that enables users to get meaningful answers based on the data within their accounts. The goal was to integrate this capability in a way that was intuitive, trustworthy, and immediately valuable to our users.
DESIGN SYSTEM: As a product designer, I led efforts to improve the usability and consistency of our software through a well-crafted design system. This initiative focused on making the product feel intuitive for users while also improving development efficiency and design cohesion across the platform.
USER RESEARCH: To better understand how to drive engagement, team adoption, and long-term retention, we created a Customer Advisory Board, conducted in-depth 1:1 interviews with active users, and ran targeted surveys across our customer base. Our goal was to learn what a “healthy” user looks like, why users subscribe and invite teammates, what challenges they face, and what features would encourage deeper expansion within their organization.
MOBILE APP: As the lead product designer, I created a personalized onboarding flow and profile experience for a mobile app that connects parents with babysitters. The goal was to make it easy for users to share preferences and surface compatible matches based on values, lifestyle, and availability. I focused on designing a seamless, user-friendly experience that built trust from the start, while also crafting a profile summary that made key details quick to scan and compare.

She built a collaborative and creative team culture, mentoring her designers with care and helping them grow while consistently delivering high-quality work. She also had a rare ability to connect the dots between design, product strategy, and the actual needs of our users.
One of my favorite things we collaborated on was a series of customer webinars. Heather's presence in those sessions was incredible—engaging, empathetic, and always able to translate complex design decisions into clear, meaningful value for the end user. Watching her interact directly with customers reminded me how well she understands people and genuinely cares about their experience.
She consistently advocated for scalable, user-centered design processes and brought thoughtful structure to every cross-functional collaboration. Her leadership and care contributed to so much of EOS One’s success—visually, functionally, and culturally.
Any team would be incredibly fortunate to have her guiding their product design efforts; she's a true leader!
I worked with Heather on the EOS One team, where Heather was responsible for the UX/UI of EOS One.
Being on the support team, we hear about all of the pain points and issues of the product, but the one thing we ALWAYS heard was how much people LOVE the UX/UI that Heather and team were responsible for. Even when things weren't working quite right, people went out of their way to describe how much they loved the interface, a testament to Heather!
Heather also partnered with the CS team in a way that I've never experienced with other members of a product team. She would continually reach out to customers and tap on the CS team for insight to see where improvements could be made. She was never above jumping on a call with a customer to understand how to make their experience even 1% better.
I can't recommend Heather enough! She WILL continue to be a difference maker on any team.

Undoubtedly, the most significant project we worked on together was building and implementing the user experience for the organization's core web application product. Heather was a driving force in laying out each of the different users' journeys and designing the corresponding wireframes to support those journeys. She achieved this by working closely with the stakeholders to understand the business needs and to solicit regular feedback to ensure the delivery of the right solution. During these many working sessions with the business she was flexible, responsive, and dedicated. She consistently offered creative ways to address UX challenges by keeping the end user at the forefront of the overall experience. Heather is a rockstar product designer. The successful launch and adoption of EOS One can be attributed to her influence of the look and feel of the application. While leading the EOS One software, I was privy to weekly if not daily compliments coming in praising the simple, intuitive design that allowed for the improved adoption of EOS. As a member of my team, Heather was a consistent voice for the customer, having led our Customer Advisory Board, and strong partner to our developers to find outcomes that would make sense for everyone. Heather Juneau is one of those rare teammates who makes everything feel a little more possible. I had the privilege of working with her both as a peer and later very briefly as her manager, and throughout it all, she brought patience, thoughtfulness, and a user-first mindset to every challenge. She’s a talented designer with a quiet tenacity and is someone who is easy to collaborate with, but never afraid to speak up when it matters. She took real initiative in user research, always centering the people we were building for and eager to talk to as many end users as she could.
Heather has a way of consistently moving the work forward without needing to be front and center and will continue to bring up design items that she knows are important, not only from her deep experience, but also from data driven research.
One of my favorite memories is working side by side with Heather in the lead-up to the product launch of EOS One. We were in the thick of it and rapidly iterating, navigating design-to-dev handoffs, and solving problems on the fly. We were truly in it together alongside the engineering team.
Heather was the secret weapon behind so much of the success of EOS One: steady, driven, and always focused on how she could help. I’d jump at the chance to work with her again.
